Howdy I sumbled upon your website by chance, I was searching Yahoo for Honolulu flooring providers when I came upon your webpage, I must say your site is really interesting I just love the content, its amazing!. I'm in a bit of a rush in this instance to entirely read your website but I have favorited it and also signed up for your RSS feeds. I will be back when I free up some time.
Not perfectly clean. But it has to be clean as per my standards. With or without guests. There should be no dust and clutter. Things should be in place.

I am not a neat freak at all. But I like things neat as often as possible. Then again there are days that I don't get the time. So I don't get tensed or worked up about it.

If I have to get worried about what my friends will think or say, then I think there is more than that to worry about. Rally I should be worrying about 'are they my true friends'?

Once we moved into a house (rented). We had no furniture and no carpet either.
My kitchen and bedroom were the only places that were set. I invited a few friends for dinner and you know we all spread a bed sheet on the floor and ate our dinner like that. Had lots of laughs. That was a memorable time.

You are doing the right thing by prioritizing. Your friends will surely understand that you are busy. It is more important to have real relationships rather than fake praises.

This is wonderful. But what if your husband is the neat freak and does not want company until the house is "perfect"? He has started helping a little to get ready, but I rarely have people over because of this.
