		<description>I read this article with my young daughter.  My daughter was excited to hear about what Christ did for her on the cross.  Interesting that there is a Christian message in an article about eating right and having some will power.

As always, fantastic reminders in God&#039;s word to meditate on today and a sobering reminder of why we&#039;re all still here and what matters most...fixing our eyes on Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. He is Lord. (Luke 6:46)</description>
