Cookies in Minutes for the Last Minute Cook!
Party pleasers:
3/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
3 3/4 oz. pk. postachio instant pudding (or any flavor)
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 TB. chopped pistachuo nuts (or any topping)
Heat oven to 325 deg.. In med. bowl combine margarine and pudding mix.
Blend in flour. Mix well. Flatten dough on ungreased cookie sheet to an 8" square.
Cut into 36 squares. Do not seperate.
Sprinkle with pistachios, gently press into dough (or toppings to taste.)
Bake 325 deg. for 15 to 20 min. or until LIGHTLY browned around edges. Cool 10 min.
Recut into squares. Cool completely 36 cookies.
Hide in the closet...Gobble up!
