prayer for my 15 year old daughter

Tonight we found out that our daughter has been lying to us, skipping classes, making poor friend choices which has lead to other poor choices. I don't know what the right course of action to help her. I need wisdom. She needs help before it gets more serious. Thanks for your prayers.

    Dear Sis,
It is always so disarming when we find out information about our kids that we feel we should have known or should have been on top of. Because we raise them from wee little things and know every burp and sniffle, it is painful when they swiftly reach the teen years and we feel so disconnected... especially when the information we learn is not what we hope for their young lives. But take heart Mama! Jesus (her very Creator) is on your team! Yes, your daughter has been making poor choices, but because Jesus loves each of you, her trek off the narrow path didn't go farther than irretrievable! We know that our Father in heaven loves her far more than we can imagine, trust in Him to continue to reveal to you where your sweet girl needs help. Ask Him to continue make those truths know to you, to continually remind her who she is in Him and soften her heart to His love. Pray that the eyes of her heart long to see His sweet face, and that the things of this world and the short cuts it offers become a foul taste in her mouth. Ask Him for wisdom, knowledge and understanding, He loves to answer that prayer! He is faithful and He is able! One more thing of encouragement (I hope ), it is better for your dear baby to make such mistakes while home and under your thoughtful care and direction, than in the days when she ventures from the nest completely. So remember to give Him thanks that you have the opportunity to walk through this with her on your terms. His plan for her is perfect, and He can use this too to conform her character to His own and even use this time of teaching, lesson and discipline for His glorious testimony in and through her. We agree with you for all these things in His precious Name! Amen! Hugs to you!
