Hello from cold and rainy Michigan (I'd rather it be cold and snowy!)

I am a wife, mother of two, and an author/freelance writer. My dream of becoming a published novelist came true last month when my debut novel, Mind over Madi, was released. It's a light-hearted, contemporary story about a woman whose insecurities threaten to destroy her marriage. It's a fun read and was lots of fun to write, too! Madi is a character loosely based on myself and the insecurities I've struggled with.

I am a member of Resurrection Life Church and have co-written this year's huge Christmas production, How Christmas Saved the Grinch. It's going to be who-wonderful and I invite anyone who lives within driving distance to come and enjoy the show!

On a personal note, I have been married for over 23 years and have two teenagers who keep me young (and provide great material for my stories!).

I look forward to participating on the boards and getting to know you all.

Hi Linda! Welcome! Hope you like it here. I'm new also and haven't really had time to get to know anyone real well, but so far it seems like a good place to share.
