On the precipice of the next chapter in my life.

I'm a 30-something Christian woman (I tend to agree mostly with Baptist). I grew up in the church & don't ever remember not believing in God, Jesus, & the rest and made a public profession of faith at age 8. However, about 4-5 yrs ago I feel like I was truly & fully converted/made a "child of God." I have since gone from fairly liberal (politically, socially, religiously) to what many would call an ultra-conservative. I believe in the infallibility & inerrancy of the only true Word of God, the Bible. I believe in what I call Biblical creationism but many refer to it as the Young Earth Theory (this was a monumental conversion due to my deep entrenchment into science being in healthcare). I also believe in a pre-trib rapture. I have a insatiable hunger to learn as much as I can about theology, doctrine, eschatology, polemics, & apologetics.

I also have met the love of my life. No ring yet but we are talking about dates for a wedding. Eeee!!! He is a wonderful man 2 yrs younger than me. We met on Twitter. Haha. We are both deeply devoted Christians & want to build a Christ-centered marriage/home/family. We have also both remained virgins & have committed to each other & God to remain that way until after we are married.

So, right now, I am basically on this site to garner wisdom, advice, encouragement, support, etc... from women who have been where I am or are in a similar situation.
