    Hello to all! :)

    Hello ladies!

I am 19 years old and currently a student at Victory School of Ministry - a program that is full time ministry and part-time schooling. At the end of my 2 years I will have my credentials in ministry.

I was involved in multiple ministries during my years attending New Day Assembly before I came to school which included, DIESEL youth group, Share Our Hearts Ministries, Women Without Walls, Send Judah First (Worship Dance team - I LOVE to dance!), Drama team, Fine Arts, Women's Ministry, Youth Worship Band, and the Prayer Shawl Ministry (This is a ministry under the covering of A Time to Heal Beyond Survival - a ministry for healing for women who have been sexually abused, molested, or raped. The prayer shawls are made with a prayer in every stitch and are given to the women in the first class when they tell their story as a covering for them to remind them that what was uncovered is covered and the Holy Spirit is their covering. There are some other reasons too, but that is one of the biggest...my apologies, long explanation on that.) I am also on the helps team for our local Pregnancy Resource Center.

My heart is so much for women and girls - especially those who have been in places that left them broken by abuse, molestation, rape, unplanned pregnancies, abortion, and the like. God has also given me such a heart for missions - more specifically India and Haiti (and Thailand, Cambodia, Zambia...). I do some fundraising for the building of the Redemption Home in New Delhi, India. This home is being built with the purpose of taking young girls out of the human trafficking and sex-slave industry before they get into it. (Another thing really close to my heart is human trafficking.)

Writing is something that I sincerely love. God promised me some time ago that He would give me the words and has never failed to do so. I am currently working on a few books. The first I started writing at 15 focuses on the season of singleness and taking that time to work on your relationship with God and to grow in the character that makes up a godly woman (and future wife/mother). I've seen so many girls out there giving their hearts away prematurely and giving themselves away at such an early age and it breaks my heart to see. My heart is to show them the beauty in the single season and the blessings that come from walking in it. I also have several fiction works in progress each unique in idea and with a God-inspired message written between the lines.

One of the things that God has shown me this week is that, there is, In the valley of change lies a beauty only to be seen if you pass through it...and a beauty truly appreciated when you make it to the mountain-view.

Welcome Brittany! Very inspiring. I really enjoyed your message at the end and I think it's wonderful what you have accomplished at 19. I am glad that you are following the paths that God has chosen for you. God Bless, Kristine

Hi Brittany, love the fire burning inside of you for ministry. I can't wait to read one of your published books. Believe it and God will grant you the desires of your heart!

I believe in God like I believe in the sun rise. Not because I
can see it, but because I can see all that it touches.
