In my travels I have visited a lot of churches overseas and in the US and have seen many women in the church that dresses no different from the women of the world. In the following Scriptures Apostle Paul and Apostle Peter is telling us to let our inner beauty be our adornment. We are not to draw attention to ourselves by what we wear. Our Inner beauty is what others should be drawn to, not our outer garment (or lack of). What are your thoughts concerning Christian women wearing tight jeans/pants, tight dresses and blouses, with cleavage exposed?

'In like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but which is proper for women professing godliness with good works. (1 Tim 2:9,10).

Do not let your adornment be merely outward - arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel- rather let it be the hidden person of the heart with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissive to their own husbands,...(1 Peter 3:3-5).
