My husband has had a hard time finding enough work for the past 2 years(he is self employed in the IT industry). We usually have enough to keep our heads above water but its never been this 'dry' before and we haven't made house or car payments for a while. Please pray for a steady income stream. We're also thankful for all God has taught us during these tough times - our marriage and relationships with Him and others are far better than before and we have grown very much through the experiences. We know that He will provide in His perfect time but please pray that others may be gracious while we hold out for Him. Tracy (in South Africa)

Tracy, blessings to you my sister in Christ. I'm so glad that you feel connected here--thank you.
When one suffers we all suffer, and so today I will bring your request before God, standing with you in faith. I left a link for Lisa (below)that I'd also like to leave for you today. It was a wonderful piece that was written for CWO yesterday. It's about the spiritual battle we fight, and the women who are willing to stand between you and the enemy. It really blessed my heart. If you haven't read it, you can find it here (copy and paste in your browser): http://www.christianwomenonline.net/2007/03/you-cant-have-her.html In the meantime, I'll be standing between you and the enemy as I go to the Father in prayer.
Lord of Heaven & Earth. I lift up Tracy to You this morning as she is seeking Your will. Lord, grant Tracy's husband the income he needs to support his family. I am trusting in your mercy. In the precious name of Jesus ~ Amen.
Dear heavenly Father, please pour financial blessings down upon this precious family, be with them always.
Heavenly Father,
I ask that you meet this dear sister in Christ's needs and give them the peace that only you can give. In Jesus Christ's Name, Amen.
Tracy,

I have been in your situation and in a way we still are. My name is Lisa, and if you would like to know my story, my prayer request is titled "hard time". I took the advice of Darlene and read the article that she provided the link for. I recommend it to you as well, it definately lifted my spirits knowing I am not alone in this fight. Gracious and All Might Lord, I lift up Tracy to you this morning and pray for her and her family during this trying time. We know you will provide us with our needs and may Tracy take comfort in knowing you will never leave us or forsake us. Be with Tracy and her family and give them peace, comfort, and the financial resources they need. Exodus 14:4 - The Lord shall fight for you ,and ye shall hold your peace. God Bless and be with you Tracy. Links to this post: << Home
